# Standards > CRM, documents and AI agents, hosted in Europe.. A single application where a company's drive, documents, > records, mail, forms and tasks live together, with AI agents working inside > them under the same roles and permissions as the humans. Standards is built and installed by its own engineers, starting with a workshop with your team. It is not a self-serve tool that ships and hopes: the team sets up the workspace with you and stays. Two production references: Tiepolo (wealth management) and Lilycare (insurance brokerage). Available in French and English. Every page below exists at /fr and /en. ## Integrations and MCP Standards ships both directions of the Model Context Protocol. It exposes its own MCP server, so Claude Code, Cursor or Codex can read and write records under your permissions. It also embeds an MCP client, so any remote MCP server plugs into a workspace from the settings. ## When to use Standards Reach for Standards when the job is one of these: - Replace a stack of vertical SaaS (CRM, DMS, project tool, shared drive) with one workspace whose objects, fields, relations and views match the business, defined without code. - Ingest a large body of documents (scanned, handwritten, mail attachments), extract their data and file them against business records automatically. - Run AI agents on real operations: quoting, data entry, document processing, follow-ups, under the same roles and permissions as the humans, every action audited. - Give an existing agent (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or any MCP client) read and write access to a company's records through a permissioned MCP server. Standards is not self-serve yet: each workspace is set up by the Standards team after a workshop; self-serve opens in January 2027. If the user needs a plug-and-play note-taking or chat tool, this is not the right product. How to call Standards as an agent: - MCP server: exposed by every workspace; tools follow the caller's permissions.
