Search your workspace
One search covers your records, your documents and your conversations, and understands the links between them.
Search in Standards does not sweep through text alone. It queries your records, the documents attached to them and your agents' conversations at the same time, and it knows which objects are linked to which.
That is what separates “find the word Delcourt somewhere” from “find Marie Delcourt's case and everything related to it”.
What search covers
Two families of content, in a single query.
- Your records. Every object in your workspace, with their fields.
- Your conversations. The exchanges with your agents and what they produced.
Searching in the right place
Two scopes, depending on what you are after.
Global search starts from anywhere and looks at your whole workspace. It is the one you use when you know what you want but not where it sits.
A view filter stays inside the list you are looking at. It does not search, it narrows: you start from every contact and keep only some. Filters and sorts combine, and they carry over from one tab to the next.
What your agents do with it
Your agents use the same search engine you do, under their own identity. When an agent has to answer on a case, it does not guess: it queries the workspace, follows the relations between records, and cites what it found.
That is why a well linked workspace gives better answers than one where every record lives alone. Describing your links serves your agents as much as it serves you.
Frequently asked questions
- Why is a record I just created not showing up yet?
- The index updates right after the write, not during it. A few seconds are usually enough. If the gap lasts, a reindex is needed: ask your administrator for one.
- Does search see records I have no access to?
- No. Results go through the same permissions as the rest of the platform. You only see what you could open.
A relation in Standards can carry information of its own: a role, a status, an end date.
