intelliflo office, also known as Intelligent Office, is a back office and CRM system for UK financial advice firms: valuations, income, cashflow, a client portal and suitability reports, priced only after a demo. Pick it when you need that whole back office. Pick Standards when your work lives in client files and you want AI agents to keep them current.

What is intelliflo office?
intelliflo office is the back office software that intelliflo sells to UK financial advice firms. Many advisers still call it Intelligent Office, and its old address, intelligent-office.net, now points to office.gb.intelliflo.net. intelliflo calls itself "The UK's leading provider of software for financial advisers" on its home page, read on 26 October 2026. The same page says it is "Trusted by 66% of the UK's top 150 financial advice firms (IFAs)", citing FT Adviser's October 2025 rankings of the top 100 and top 50 boutique advice firms. The system covers the advice journey from the first fact find to the annual review: a CRM, provider valuations, income and fee reconciliation, cashflow modelling, a branded client portal, workflow and document management. It runs as a cloud service on Amazon Web Services in the UK, and intelliflo adds an AI suite called intelliflo IQ. Standards covers a narrower part of that list: the client file, its documents, emails and meetings, and AI agents that work in those records.
Job in an advice firm | intelliflo office (October 2026) | Standards (October 2026) |
|---|---|---|
Client records | CRM with client cohorts and segment labels | Your own objects: households, contracts, assets, with role, share and ownership on each link |
Valuations | Data feeds from "over 40 different providers" | Not offered |
Fees and commission | Income matching and provider statement imports | Not offered |
Cashflow modelling | Built in | Not offered |
Suitability reports | Document Designer templates aligned with Consumer Duty, and drafts from intelliflo IQ | Not offered |
Client portal and e-signature | Branded portal, e-signature through DocuSign | Not offered |
Documents | Document management with templates | A drive per record, and supporting-document fields with the properties you declare, such as type and expiry date |
Email and meetings | Mail campaigns; meeting notes through intelliflo IQ | Gmail threads filed on the records of each sender; a bot records Zoom, Meet or Teams and files the transcript and minutes on the participants' records |
AI that changes records | intelliflo IQ assistants, two of them marked "Coming soon" | Agents that write to records, with deletions and sends approved by a person by default |
How much does intelliflo office cost?
intelliflo does not publish a price for intelliflo office. On 26 October 2026, its home page, its CRM page and its financial advice software page all end on "Book a demo", and none of them shows a figure per user, per firm or per month. The percentages you may see in search results are intelliflo wealthlink fees: intelliflo presents them as platform fees on investments placed through wealthlink, not as a price for intelliflo office. To get a figure for your firm, you book a demo and ask for a quote.
Cost item | What is published, 26 October 2026 | Source |
|---|---|---|
intelliflo office licence | No figure, "Book a demo" | intelliflo home, CRM and financial advice software pages |
intelliflo wealthlink platform fee | "start at 0.15%", dropping "to just 0.05% based on investment size", on client investments | |
Client portal | "Integrated with intelliflo office at no extra cost" | |
Cashflow modelling | "Seamlessly built into intelliflo office at no extra cost" | |
intelliflo IQ AI assistants | Not stated whether included or billed on top |
Standards does not publish its prices. It charges per person and per month, with the guided setup included, and an engineer gives you the figure on the first call. To compare Standards and intelliflo office, set both quotes side by side for the same number of advisers and administrators, and check which jobs, such as valuations, income reconciliation or cashflow modelling, you would still pay another tool for.
Is intelliflo any good? What advisers say
intelliflo office scores 4.1 out of 5 for overall satisfaction in intelliflo's own customer survey, and 3.17 out of 5 for willingness to recommend on NextWealth's adviser directory. The survey gathered 9,592 responses in November 2025, according to intelliflo's financial advice software page. NextWealth, which runs a UK directory of back office systems where advisers leave ratings, bases its scores on 557 reviews. On its page, read on 26 October 2026, the most recent reviews shown are dated October 2023, so the scores may lag the current product. NextWealth's own analysis says nearly half of the advisers it surveyed use intelliflo office, and that advisers find it needs more set-up and customisation than they expected before it works well. Both samples lean one way: one is the vendor's survey of its own customers, the other a sample of advisers who chose to leave a rating.

How do intelliflo office and Standards use AI in client files?
intelliflo IQ writes notes, reports and health checks around the client file, while Standards agents write into the client records themselves. intelliflo IQ, according to its page read on 26 October 2026, records and summarises meeting notes, drafts "branded suitability reports in just a few clicks" and runs financial health checks on client data. intelliflo marks a quality assistant that reviews suitability reports against FCA requirements "Coming soon in 2026", and a compliance assistant "Coming soon". The same page, read in October 2026, claims IQ can cut the cost to serve "by up to 85%", with no footnote on how intelliflo measured it. Its trust centre lists a control called "Human-in-the-Loop & Decision Accountability" under AI governance, without describing it on the public page. Standards agents read a client's documents, file the information into the household or the contract, and act with the permissions of the person they work for, never more.
AI in the client file | intelliflo IQ (page read 26 October 2026) | Standards agents |
|---|---|---|
Meeting notes | Records and summarises meeting notes | A bot records Zoom, Meet or Teams and files the transcript and minutes on the participants' records |
Suitability reports | Drafts "branded suitability reports in just a few clicks" | Not offered |
Human approval | A "Human-in-the-Loop & Decision Accountability" control, not described on the public page | By default, every deletion and outward send waits for a person; Manual mode asks before each change |
Status | Quality assistant announced for 2026, compliance assistant "Coming soon" | Available |
Each Standards conversation starts in Auto mode by default, where edits and new records go through without asking. By default, every deletion and every outward send, such as an email, waits for a person's approval, with a count of what it affects. In Manual mode, the agent also asks before each change to your data. An agent starts when a record is created, updated or deleted, when a form is submitted, on a webhook or on a schedule; an incoming email starts nothing on its own. Each record keeps its history: which colleague or which agent changed what, when, and the value before.
Strengths
What Intelliflo does better.
intelliflo office does the back office of a UK advice firm, and Standards does not. It pulls valuations from more than 40 providers, matches income and fees against provider statements, models cashflow, and drafts suitability reports from templates. Clients sign through DocuSign and see their documents in a branded portal. Its store lists more than 140 integrations, and the platform holds ISO 27001:2022 on AWS in the UK.
If your firm needs valuations, income reconciliation and suitability reports in one system, pick intelliflo office.
When is Standards a better choice than intelliflo office?
Standards suits a firm of 10 to 250 people whose daily work is the client file: households, companies, contracts and the documents behind them. It fits when the jobs you need are filing, following up and keeping records current rather than valuations and income, done by agents under rules a compliance officer can read, often beside a back office that runs elsewhere. Standards is the better choice when:
your clients are households and companies, and each link carries a role, a share or an ownership;
each file must hold supporting documents described by the properties you declare, such as a type and an expiry date, filed by agents that read them;
you want a person to approve every deletion and every email an agent sends, with a history of who changed what;
your AI tools, such as Claude or Cursor, must read and write your records through the Standards API, SDK and MCP server.
Standards hosts its cloud in Europe, not in the UK, and also runs on a dedicated instance or on your own infrastructure. The other Standards comparisons apply the same criteria to other tools.
How do you move from intelliflo office to Standards?
You move from intelliflo office to Standards with a Standards engineer, and you can move only the client files while intelliflo office keeps the back office. What moves is your client records and their documents, from your intelliflo exports. You leave the first call knowing what Standards would replace and how many weeks the move would take for your volume. Self-serve sign-up is still on a waitlist, so every firm starts with an engineer, and that setup is included in the per-person monthly price.
You and a Standards engineer spend 30 minutes on your intelliflo exports, your client documents and the jobs you want to hand to agents.
You describe your firm to the AI architect, which proposes objects and fields that you validate step by step on sample records.
Standards engineers import your client files from your intelliflo exports into those objects, with you, while intelliflo office keeps running.
You connect your Gmail inbox and calendar, create your first agents, and choose Auto or Manual mode for each conversation.
Questions
Before you switch tools.
Yes. intelliflo office includes a CRM for UK advice firms, with client cohorts and segment labels, inside a back office that also handles valuations, income, cashflow modelling and a client portal. intelliflo sells it as one system, and NextWealth lists it among back office systems rather than CRMs.
intelliflo office runs on Amazon Web Services, and its trust centre lists AWS in the UK as a subprocessor, with Snowflake in the UK for its data warehouse. When you use the mail campaign function, the trust centre lists Mailchimp, in the US, as the delivery service. intelliflo holds ISO 27001:2022, according to the same trust centre on 26 October 2026.
Not as a whole. Standards does not pull valuations, reconcile income, model cashflow, run a client portal or generate suitability reports. It replaces the client file part: households, contracts, documents, emails and meetings, with agents that keep them current. If your firm needs those back office jobs, you keep intelliflo office, or another back office, for them.
Not on the Standards European cloud, which connects Gmail and Google Calendar only. Outlook runs on a dedicated Standards instance or on your own infrastructure. A firm on Microsoft 365 should raise this on the first call, because it changes where Standards runs for you.
Not yet. Standards says "ISO 27001 and GDPR: audit in progress" on its site, while intelliflo lists ISO 27001:2022 on its trust centre. If your supplier checks require a certificate today, ask where the audit stands on the first call, before you move any client file.
